FIELDS OF FREEDOM: A FIREWORKS SPECTACULAR LIABILITY WAIVER: By purchasing these tickets, you hereby acknowledge and agree to the following for both yourself and any minors in your care: 1) Assumption of Risk: You understand your attendance at Fields of Freedom: A Fireworks Spectacular hosted by the Phillips and Hungry Bear Orchards may involve the risk of serious injury, death, and/or property damage. For example, there may be slip, trip, and fall hazards on the event property known or unknown to the hosts of this event and the property understands that your activities and the activities of other attendees will not be supervised by the event hosts. Additionally, you understand that fireworks and explosives are inherently dangerous and involve the risk of serious physical injury, disfigurement and/or death as well as psychological injury. By attending this event, you fully accept and assume all risks associated with your attendance at and participation in Fields of Freedom, including the risk of serious injury, death, and/or property damage, including those risks caused by the negligence of the event hosts and the property owners. 2) Release: You expressly release, waive, and discharge Michael and Katrina Phillips, Hungry Bear Orchards and family members, Forrest Fire Pyrotechnics, any authorized pyrotechnician and volunteers of Fields of Freedom for any and all loss or damage, and any claim or demand therefor, on account of injury to the person or property or resulting in death of the undersigned arising out of or related to their attendance at and participation in Fields of Freedom whether caused by the negligence of the released parties or otherwise.
